Start With Why

How great leaders inspire everyone to take action
Simon Sinek does an excellent job in this book explaining leadership and why you, as a leader, should always Start With Why.
In Start With Why, Simon Sinek explores the concept of "the golden circle" and how it can be applied to business, leadership, and life. The golden circle is a way of thinking about how people make decisions. It starts with Why, which is what inspires people and gets them excited about something. Then comes How, which is the process that people use to achieve their goals. Last is What, which are the results of following the How.
Sinek argues that most businesses start with What, focusing on what they do rather than why they do it. This approach rarely works because people don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it. Leaders who inspire others through their passion and purpose are more successful than those who simply give orders or focus on the bottom line.
Start With Why is a fascinating book that will make you rethink the way you look at business and leadership. It's full of inspiring stories and insightful advice that will help you achieve your goals and create something truly special.
This is just absolutely an amazing book and I believe that everyone can benefit greatly from reading it.
